Health Innovation Reports (HIR) does not charge any fees at any stage of the publication process. There are no submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), editorial processing charges, page charges, or publication fees. All accepted manuscripts are published fully open access at no cost to authors.

This policy ensures the unrestricted and equitable dissemination of scholarly research in healthcare, medicine, nursing, public health, and biomedical sciences, and supports authors worldwide without financial barriers.
